Return and Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging with tags attached

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shopping4up@outlook.com so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
To get the item you want, return the current one and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be:

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
