Mentha Oil 0.693mg (Mentha 0.21mg)
Tocopherol Acetate 0.308mg
Diphenhydramine 0.246mg
Vanillyl Nonylamide 0.046mg

Directions

Adequately attach 1 to several sheets per day to the affected area (disease site).

Adults and children 12 years of age and over: 
Clean and the dry affected area. Remove patch from the film. 

Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily for 7 days.
Remove patch from the skin after at most 8 hour
Children under 12 years of age: Consult a doctor
Do not use for eye and mucosa. Do not use for occlusive dressing technique.
