Muro128 Ophthalmic Solution 2% (Sodium Chloride) 1/2FL.OZ.(15mL)

Active Ingredient: Each milliliter contains 20 mg of sodium chloride (2% solution).​

Inactive Ingredients: Boric acid, hypromellose, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium borate; preservatives: methylparaben 0.028%, propylparaben 0.012%.​

Indications: Temporary relief of corneal edema.​

Dosage and Administration: Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) every 3 or 4 hours, or as directed by a physician.​

Storage: Store upright at 15°–25°C (59°–77°F). Keep tightly closed. Do not freeze.

Warnings:

• Use under medical supervision: Do not use this product except under the advice and supervision of a doctor.​

• Potential side effects: This product may cause temporary burning and irritation upon instillation.​

• Avoid contamination: To prevent contamination, do not touch the tip of the container to any surface. Replace cap after use.​

• Solution integrity: Do not use if the solution changes color or becomes cloudy.​

• Accidental ingestion: In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.​

Precautions: If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, consult a doctor.

Packaging: Supplied in a plastic controlled dropper tip bottle containing 15 mL of solution.​
